- First the cocoa beans have to grow
- The cocoa beans are then shifted throughout the world to make chocolate.
- When they arrive from Africa they are blended, cleaned, and dried then the shells are broken and the nips are left behind.
- The nips are grounded into a liquid cocoa mass.
- The cocoa mass is then made into cocoa powder and cocoa butter.
- Sugar, milk and lecithin are then add and all the ingredients are combined together.
- Conching is the finally step.
- The ingredients were carefully mixed into a large tank.
- Then the chocolate can be shaped into bars, blocks or chocolate drops then it is ready to be shifted.
- The chocolate has to be heated in a process which is called tempering.
- Then it is ready to sell!!
